Day 1: Systems & Mindset (Led by Cassie)
We start with the foundational mindset shift. How to think about AI not as a threat but as a publishing infrastructure upgrade. Then we go deep: systems thinking for your author business. Using systems like Claude Cowork and Supabase for working with and storing your publishing information at scale. Having your AI talk to your Shopify store for direct sales so that making broad changes and building out a store is simple and fast. And how to build your own newsletter system to own your own communications stack. By the end of Day 1, you'll have a complete framework for building your own marketing infrastructure.

Day 2: Images, Video & Audio (Led by Novae)
Day 2 is where your marketing comes alive. AI image generation for book covers, social graphics, and ads. Filmmaking for book trailers and social content. Audio generation with ElevenLabs to bring your videos to life. You'll build a visual and video strategy that's completely your own. By the end of Day 2, you'll have a complete multimedia marketing system--and you'll understand exactly how to execute it yourself.

This is intensive, hands-on, personalized, and absolutely cutting edge. You'll bring your laptop and work on your actual projects. You'll leave with a documented system you can implement immediately.
